We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. After 7 days we may offer exchange, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion. Returned items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition and show no signs of wear or damage in any way. We do not accept returns on special order or custom order products (special and custom order products are noted in their particular product descriptions).
To initiate a return please use our contact form to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Please include your order number as well as details for why the item needs to be returned. Once the return is authorized by us it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the items are properly packed for the return shipment. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping. Refunds are contingent upon our inspection of the item after receipt.
If we are not at fault for the return the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We may issue a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
Again, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery if you intend to return any item back to our store. Items sent to us without contacting us first will not be refunded.
