Wrong product-no response Wednesday, October 1, 2025 Reviewer: Kyle Herron from Johns Island, SC United States   I received the wrong key.  I submitted the form for a return without any response.  I sent two additional emails and left three voicemails and never received a response.  I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and let them handle it. Saturday, April 19, 2025 Reviewer: Greg Maggard from Snohomish, WA United States   I ordered a hard to get boat door key. The lead time was up to 10 weeks. It actually took 20 weeks but I did get the keys and they work great. They answered the phone and gave me updates when I called. I’m satisfied. Was this review helpful to you?
