Friday, September 5, 2025 Reviewer: PETER A from BINGHAM FARMS, MI United States   I was charged for the product by Ugly Fish Inc and we never received the product.  It took them almost 30 days to send the product to a post office near our marina where we were staying temporarily.  We never thought it would take so long to ship a product which Ugly said was"in stock." The product got shipped back. Call and emails have gone unanswered. We have disputed the Visa charge. It has been UGLY!!! Was this review helpful to you?

Door mechanism Saturday, April 19, 2025 Reviewer: Eric Schrader from Ventura, CA United States   I ordered my door mechanism but I ordered for swinging door in and the door actually swings out but that’s okay I installed it on a different door that probably didn’t need it as bad. Very long delivery time Friday, February 21, 2025 Reviewer: Mike Carryl from Jacksonville, FL United States   Ordered part on January 29th and it was shipped to Wilmington, NC. instead of Jacksonville, Fl. They promptly sent out another part but took a week to get to Jacksonville, Fl. from Palm Coast, Fl. I actually could have driven from Jacksonville to Palm Coast in one day and picked up the part myself! Not sure why it took so long to get shipped in the same state! Was this review helpful to you?
