Hey all, got to say I was very impressed and pleased with the product (lock cylinder) I purchased.  exactly the right part, cost very reasonable and shipped quickly. Was hard to find item  but ushered to your site thru Mark Dobson of Southco products. Saved me a complete lock latch replacement which otherwise worked fine except for the broken cylinder. I hate throwing workable things out! Thanks for your help. Happy Boating.

Unfortunately the item I wanted was not in stock. They apologized and offered me a refund right away. Despite not getting the item from them, this was a great transaction. Communication was outstanding. I will be doing business with them again in the future.
