This is an Orcas/Southco adjustable lever latch. The latch will work in applications with a grip range from 0" to 1.3" (0 - 33 mm). It is made from a marine grade 316 stainless steel, and available in both locking and non locking designs. The locking version utilizes Orcas' splined tubular key lock.
Southco's part number is M5-88-000-8 for the non locking latch, and M5-88-100-8 for the locking. This product will include the latch body, backing plate, and if applicable one tubular key.
